The Video Library App access does not renew automatically. You will receive a one-time email notification on the expiration date with a 10% renewal discount, and you can decide if you want to continue training with me remotely.
The Video Library App access is valid exactly until the specified date, from the day of activation.
In the case of an on-site pass, access to the Video Library App is aligned with the validity period of your active on-site pass.
In all cases, there is an option for a free trial, so if you are unsure, feel free to try any freely available video.
Any TV or other device is suitable as long as you can access the internet with a browser (e.g., Browser, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and it is capable of playing YouTube videos.
Use the "Login on Another Device" interface, accessible from the menu of your already logged-in account, for example, on your smartphone.
This provides easy login when you want to access your account on a device where you do not have easy access to your email, and therefore cannot click the login link sent via email, e.g., in a Smart TV's browser. This way, you can easily access the Video Library, among other things, and work out on a big screen.
Select a category, then use the other filter buttons or the text search to look for one word or consecutive words at a time.
You can see your current search next to the "Filter" label.
Since a workout can belong to multiple categories, it may match several search criteria.
After logging in, you can mark your favorites to access them more easily.

Just as with any independent workout, participating in the workouts based on the videos in the video library is your own responsibility.
In case of feeling unwell, stop performing the exercises immediately.
Consult your doctor before performing the exercises if you have any health problems.
All exercises can be performed at an individual level, at a slower pace, and sometimes with a simplified version.
The intensity and load of the exercises should be increased gradually.
Warming up before the workout and stretching after the workout are important.
The exercises shown in the videos serve only as a guide; the user must adapt the performance of the exercises to their own physical abilities and health condition.
The service is recommended for ages ~14 to ~50, taking into account previous fitness levels. For minors and the elderly, the service is recommended only with supervision.
Strive for correct execution, pay attention to the instructions. You don't have to do it at the same pace (e.g., jumping jacks) or as deep (e.g., squats, push-ups) as you see in the video right away! Find your own level, then gradually give it more and more. Pay attention to proper fluid intake and eating about 1+ hour before your workout, but don't start on an empty stomach either. This way, you can avoid dizziness, nausea, low blood sugar, dehydration, or other symptoms of overexertion due to a high heart rate.

Indicators

9.3. Late cancellation and No-Show
If the User initiates the cancellation within 8 hours before the start of the Workout, or fails to appear at the booked Workout without prior cancellation, the booked session shall be considered used. In this case, the Service Provider is unable to credit the session or refund the fee.

If the User is dissatisfied with the Service following the completion of the gift +1 session (i.e., the second Workout) included with the single ticket, they are entitled to a refund of the price of the "First Single Ticket". The strict condition for validating the guarantee is that the User must indicate their claim for a refund exclusively directly following the affected (second) Workout, on-site, in person to the Service Provider. In the case of claims reported subsequently or via another communication channel (e.g., e-mail, telephone), the money-back guarantee cannot be validated. Furthermore, an exception is made if the "First Single Ticket" was purchased by redeeming a gift coupon ("Coupon - First single ticket"); in this case, cash or transfer refund is not possible.
