Online Workout General Terms and Conditions

(In the event of any discrepancies or misunderstandings between the English and Hungarian versions, the Hungarian text shall prevail.)

This document is an annex to the General Terms and Conditions, and the liability and procedural rules described therein apply fully to the use of the Video Library App!

General Definitions

User: Anyone who uses the www.danceworkout.hu website is considered a User, regardless of whether they have registered on the site, purchased a service, or only viewed free content.
Video Library App: The Service found on the app.danceworkout.hu website interface, such as videos and related descriptions.
Subscription or Access: Online access to locked content found on the app.danceworkout.hu website interface, in exchange for a fee.

2. Free Trial

2.1. Access: A free trial version is available on the Video Library App platform, which lasts for an unlimited time and is accessible without a subscription.

2.2. Content: In the trial version, users can access the videos marked with a green padlock icon, which contain various warm-up, strengthening, and stretching exercises at different difficulty levels.

2.3. Exclusivity: The free trial version applies exclusively to the videos of the Video Library App.

2.4. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the conditions of this Free Access. The Service Provider shall publish the amendments on the www.danceworkout.hu website, and they shall enter into force on the day of publication.

3. Use of Premium Content

3.1. Access: To view paid videos, which are marked with a red padlock icon, the user must have an active subscription to access the Video Library content.

3.2. Payment: The Video Library App access can only be settled via credit card payment.

3.2.1. Credit card payment (Barion): Online credit card payments are executed via the Barion system. Credit card data does not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., providing the service, is an institution under the supervision of the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB), its license number is: H-EN-I-1064/2013. By making a payment, the User agrees that the following personal data stored in the user database of www.danceworkout.hu by the Service Provider (Péter Gódi, sole proprietor) will be transferred to Barion Payment Zrt. as a data processor. The scope of transmitted data: surname, first name, e-mail address. The purpose of data processing by the data processor is to successfully execute payment transactions and conduct fraud monitoring to protect users. The detailed privacy policy of Barion Payment Zrt. is available at https://www.barion.com/en/.

3.3. Renewal: The Subscription does not renew automatically. The User will receive a one-time e-mail notification on the day of expiration, in which the Service Provider informs the User about the possibility of renewing the Subscription.

3.4. Validity: The Subscription is valid for the period specified on the purchased ticket, starting from the day of purchase.

3.5. Access linked to an on-site pass: If the User purchases an on-site pass that provides gift access to the video library, the validity of the online access is aligned with the validity period of the on-site pass.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content found on the Dance Workout website, including:
software, copyright-protected videos, images, audio materials, signs capable of trademark protection, trademarks, patentable inventions, and know-how (economic, technical, and organizational knowledge and experience of material value), is the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

4.2. The Service Provider holds exclusive rights regarding the use of intellectual creations, including:
adaptation, processing, modification, alteration, recording, reproduction, distribution, renting, lending, putting into circulation, public display, performance, and exhibition. Thus, any kind of copying, downloading, distributing, or uploading to other platforms of the videos, descriptions, and other content belonging to the Video Library App is strictly prohibited.

4.3. The adoption or copying of any material found on the website is possible exclusively with the prior written consent of the Service Provider, and the indication of the website's address and a reference to Dance Workout by GP is mandatory.

4.4. In the event of unauthorized use of the Service Provider's intellectual creations or know-how, a penalty of HUF 10,000,000 is payable per infringing act. The User expressly accepts the amount of the penalty, will not dispute its quantification in the future, and expressly waives this right by accepting these regulations.

1. How can I unlock the locked videos?

To view locked videos marked with a red lock icon , you need one of the following:

The Video Library App access does not renew automatically. You will receive a one-time email notification on the expiration date with a 10% renewal discount, and you can decide if you want to continue training with me remotely.

The Video Library App access is valid exactly until the specified date, from the day of activation.

In the case of an on-site pass, access to the Video Library App is aligned with the validity period of your active on-site pass.

In all cases, there is an option for a free trial, so if you are unsure, feel free to try any freely available video.

2. How can I access paid content on a Smart TV or other smart devices?

Any TV or other device is suitable as long as you can access the internet with a browser (e.g., Browser, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and it is capable of playing YouTube videos.

Use the "Login on Another Device" interface, accessible from the menu of your already logged-in account, for example, on your smartphone.

This provides easy login when you want to access your account on a device where you do not have easy access to your email, and therefore cannot click the login link sent via email, e.g., in a Smart TV's browser. This way, you can easily access the Video Library, among other things, and work out on a big screen.

3. How does the filter work?

Select a category, then use the other filter buttons or the text search to look for one word or consecutive words at a time.

You can see your current search next to the "Filter" label.

Since a workout can belong to multiple categories, it may match several search criteria.

After logging in, you can mark your favorites to access them more easily.

4. Having issues with video playback?

The first frame of the video loads, but it doesn't play, or the loading circle is spinning:
- Check if the YouTube video embedded below the banner on the main page starts properly. If not, there might be a small issue with your device or browser.
  Try the following steps, in this order:
The video doesn't start at all:
- ⚠️ In the built-in browsers of Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram apps, YouTube video playback sometimes doesn't work. Click the (3 dots) menu in the top right corner and open my page in an external browser. Playback will work in a browser installed on your mobile device, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or similar.
I can hear the music, but the screen is black:
- Resize the window or refresh the page , and open the video again. In relation to embedded YouTube videos, the video's visual display may not be correct on certain resolutions when opened consecutively.
The video is blurry, the quality is poor:
- Videos automatically start in the best quality, up to Full HD (1080p) resolution, and are streamed from YouTube's servers.
- The quality is regulated by YouTube's system based on your screen's current size, but older browsers may not support resolution control well.
- If the resolution is good but it's still blurry, it depends on your internet connection speed whether the video can load in the best quality.
- Put the video in full screen with the button to get a higher resolution quality due to the display size.
- If you have changed any of the above, refresh the quality to the current state with the button above the video, or reopen the video.
YouTube thinks I am a robot:
- Normally, videos are accessible without logging into YouTube. In some extreme cases, you may still receive this message:
  
  This message is sent by the YouTube interface. Since the website opens in a browser, as does the YouTube video to be played, it doesn't matter if you are logged in to an installed YouTube app; you also need to log in in the browser you are using.
- To solve this:
  1. Open the youtube.com website in your current browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  2. Log in with your Google account (also known as your Gmail account).
  3. Search for a video and check if any video can be played.
  4. If this did not help, try the description for the error above: "1. The first frame of the video loads, but it doesn't play, or the loading circle is spinning".

5. What should I do if I have a health problem during a workout?

Just as with any independent workout, participating in the workouts based on the videos in the video library is your own responsibility.

In case of feeling unwell, stop performing the exercises immediately.
Consult your doctor before performing the exercises if you have any health problems.
All exercises can be performed at an individual level, at a slower pace, and sometimes with a simplified version.
The intensity and load of the exercises should be increased gradually.
Warming up before the workout and stretching after the workout are important.
The exercises shown in the videos serve only as a guide; the user must adapt the performance of the exercises to their own physical abilities and health condition.
The service is recommended for ages ~14 to ~50, taking into account previous fitness levels. For minors and the elderly, the service is recommended only with supervision.

Strive for correct execution, pay attention to the instructions. You don't have to do it at the same pace (e.g., jumping jacks) or as deep (e.g., squats, push-ups) as you see in the video right away! Find your own level, then gradually give it more and more. Pay attention to proper fluid intake and eating about 1+ hour before your workout, but don't start on an empty stomach either. This way, you can avoid dizziness, nausea, low blood sugar, dehydration, or other symptoms of overexertion due to a high heart rate.
