2.1. Access: A free trial version is available on the Online Fitness platform, which is unlimited in duration and accessible without a subscription.
2.2. Content: In the trial version, users can access videos marked with a green lock icon, which include a variety of warm-up, strength, and stretching exercises at different difficulty levels.
2.3. Exclusivity: The free trial applies exclusively to the Online Fitness video library.
2.4. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms of this Free Access. The modifications will be published by the Service Provider on the www.danceworkout.hu website and will take effect on the day of publication.
3.1. Access: To view paid videos, marked with a red lock icon, the user must subscribe to the "Online Fitness Video Library".
3.2. Payment: The Online Fitness access can only be paid for by bank transfer or card payment.
3.2.1. Bank Transfer:
The Subscription becomes active upon completion of the bank transfer. The Service Provider manually checks payments, which can take from a few hours up to 48 hours.
3.2.2. Card Payment (Revolut):
To be completed immediately after purchase via the Revolut Merchant interface. The Subscription is available immediately upon successful payment.
3.2.3. Card-Link Payment (Revolut.me):
Via the Revolut.me interface, if the Revolut Merchant payment gateway opened at the time of purchase has expired or is unavailable. The Service Provider manually checks payments, which can take from a few hours up to 48 hours.
3.2.4. Card Payment (Barion):
Online card payments are processed through the Barion system. The card details are not transmitted to the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB), license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013. During the payment, the User agrees that their personal data stored in the user database of the Service Provider (Péter Gódi e.v.) at www.danceworkout.hu will be transferred to Barion Payment Zrt. as a data processor. The scope of the transferred data: last name, first name, email address. The purpose of the data processing is to successfully carry out payment transactions and for fraud-monitoring to protect users.
3.3. Renewal: The Subscription does not renew automatically. The User may receive a one-time email notification on the expiration date, in which the Service Provider informs the User about the possibility of renewing the Subscription.
3.4. Validity: The Subscription is valid from the date of purchase for the period specified on the purchased ticket.
3.5. Access linked to an on-site pass: If the User purchases an on-site pass that includes gift access to the video library, the validity of the online access is aligned with the validity period of the on-site pass.
3.6. Refund and Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
Pursuant to Section 29 (1) m) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the User may not exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal with respect to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium (e.g., online videos) if the Service Provider has begun performance with the User's express prior consent, and the User has simultaneously declared their acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance.
Since a free trial version is available on the website to test the service and technical conditions, by purchasing the service and completing the payment, the User expressly consents to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges that by gaining access to the service (the video library), they lose their right of withdrawal. In view of the above, a refund of the fees for purchased Subscriptions is not possible, unless the Service Provider decides otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
4.1. Participation in workouts based on the videos in the "Online Fitness Video Studio" video library or in Live Online Workouts is at the User's own risk. The Service Provider is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the User's health condition, physical fitness, or improper performance of the exercises.
4.1.1. In case of feeling unwell, the exercises must be stopped immediately.
4.1.2. Consult your doctor before performing the exercises if you have any health problems.
4.1.3. All exercises can be performed at an individual level, at a slower pace, and sometimes with a simplified version.
4.1.4. The intensity and load of the exercises should be increased gradually.
4.1.5. Warming up before the workout and stretching after the workout are important.
4.1.6. The exercises shown in the videos serve only as a guide; the user must adapt the performance of the exercises to their own physical abilities and health condition.
4.1.7. The service is recommended for ages ~14 to ~50, taking into account previous fitness levels. For minors and the elderly, the service is recommended only with supervision.
4.2. Unauthorized Access: The User is obliged to immediately inform the Service Provider if unauthorized access to their account occurs. The User is responsible for any damages resulting from this.
4.3. Provision of Hardware and Software: The User is responsible for providing the appropriate hardware and software required to access the website and for creating the technical conditions for access. The Service Provider is not liable if the User does not have the necessary hardware and software, or if their settings are not appropriate.
5.1. 99% Availability: The Service Provider undertakes to ensure that the website is available 99% of the time. The parties exclude the Service Provider's liability for any lack of availability exceeding 99%.
5.2. Failures of External Providers: The Service Provider is not liable for operational disruptions caused by reasons beyond its control, such as failures of other service providers. This includes, among others, operational disruptions and errors that impede access.
5.3. Incorrect Data Submission: If the User provides incorrect or inaccurate data during the purchase, and this results in a delay or faulty performance, the Service Provider's liability is excluded.
5.4. Service Limitation: The Service Provider is entitled to restrict the User's activity on the website or to refuse to provide the service if the User violates the General Terms and Conditions.
5.5. The video materials of the Online Workout are embedded via YouTube, so the Service Provider is not responsible for technical errors of the platform.
6.1. Based on the source, all content on the Dance Workout website, including:
software, copyrighted videos, images, audio materials, marks eligible for trademark protection, trademarks, patentable inventions, and know-how (valuable economic, technical, and organizational knowledge and experience), are the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
6.2. The Service Provider has exclusive rights to the use of intellectual property, including:
adaptation, processing, modification, alteration, recording, reproduction, distribution, renting, lending, placing on the market, public performance, presentation, and exhibition. Thus, any kind of copying, distribution, or uploading to other platforms of the videos, descriptions, and other content belonging to the Online Fitness is strictly prohibited.
6.4. The use or copying of any material on the website is only possible with the prior written consent of the Service Provider, and attribution to Dance Workout is mandatory.6.5. In the event of unauthorized use of the Service Provider's intellectual property or know-how, a penalty of HUF 10,000,000 shall be payable per act of infringement. The User expressly accepts the amount of the penalty and will not dispute its amount in the future, expressly waiving this right by accepting this policy.

The Home Fitness Video Library access subscription does not renew automatically. You will receive a one-time email notification on the expiration date, and you can decide if you want to continue training with me remotely.
The Home Fitness Video Library access is valid exactly until the date specified in the purchased ticket, from the day of purchase.
In the case of an on-site pass, access to the Video Library is aligned with the validity period of the purchased on-site pass.
In all cases, there is an option for a free trial, so if you are unsure, feel free to try any freely available video.
Any TV or other device is suitable as long as you can access the internet with a browser (e.g., Browser, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and it is capable of playing YouTube videos.
Use the "Login on Another Device" interface, accessible from the menu of your already logged-in account, for example, on your smartphone.
This provides easy login when you want to access your account on a device where you do not have easy access to your email, and therefore cannot click the login link sent via email, e.g., in a Smart TV's browser. This way, you can easily access the Video Library, among other things, and work out on a big screen.
Select a category, then use the other filter buttons or the text search to look for one word or consecutive words at a time.
You can see your current search next to the "Filter" label.
Since a workout can belong to multiple categories, it may match several search criteria.
After logging in, you can mark your favorites to access them more easily.
Just as with any independent workout, participating in the workouts based on the videos in the video library is your own responsibility.
Strive for correct execution, pay attention to the instructions, and read the descriptions of the exercises. You don't have to do it at the same pace (e.g., jumping jacks) or as deep (e.g., squats, push-ups) as you see in the video right away! Find your own level, then gradually give it more and more. Pay attention to proper fluid intake and eating about 1+ hour before your workout, but don't start on an empty stomach either. This way, you can avoid dizziness, nausea, low blood sugar, dehydration, or other symptoms of overexertion due to a high heart rate.
